Tips & Tricks ::  How to manage Windwos Icons ?

  1. Arrange Icons 
  2. Show/Hide Icons on Deskop
  3. Desktop Cleanup Wizard

Arrange Icons

How many icons display on your desktop?  Do you know how to sort icons automatics. Windows XP provide command for arranges desktop icons by sort by Name, Size, Type and Modify.  Just Right-click on desktop and then select “Arrange Icons by” Name, Size, Type and Mofify

You also can select “Auto Arrange” to automatic sort icons on desktop too.

Show/Hide Icons on Desktop

Something may be use need to hide desktop icons for show “Windows Background” or any.  Just Right-click on desktop and then select “Arrange Icons by” and then select “Show Desktop Icons”  (Show / Hide)

Desktop Cleanup Wizard

This’s tools for help us to check any icons we never use or open it. 

  1. Just Right-click on desktop
  2. Then select “Arrange Icons by”
  3. And then click “Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard”
  4. Click “Next” to continue 
  5. Program wil show and automatic select icons never used.

    6. Desktop Cleanup Wizard

  6. To continue to remove to “Unused Desktop Folder Shortcut” click  ”Next”
  7. Click “Finish” to confirm

Almost the web site now using Plug-ins program for dispaly Text, Animation.  Flash is the popular Plug-ins in web browser. Some web required Shockwave for playing games.

What are the same between Flash and ShockWave?

  1. Own by Adobe System Incorporated  (Old company is Macromedia)
  2. Plug-ins for Web Browser
  3. Make use with Active-X
  4. Enable web page to include multimedia object (such as animation, video)

What are difference between Flash & ShockWave?

  1. Flash Load faster thant ShockWave
  2. Flash Price Cheapter than ShockWave
  3. Flash create with Adobe Flash but ShockWave create with Adobe Director
  4. ShockWave can integrated Flash but Flash can’t
  5. Flash file type is .SWF, ShockWave file type is .DCR

A standard way of communicating across a network or internet. A protocol like “language” of computer network. A method by which two difference systems can communicate together.
