Create a reset password disk

For Windows XP user, you can create a reset passord disk for reset pasword when you forget your password.  If you don’t know,  you will have to re-install Windows XP to use your computer.

How to create a reset password disk ?

  1. Log on to your computer with adminstrator
  2. Click start control panel
  3. Click “Account Account”
  4. in the User Account window, click a “aministrator” user
  5. Administrator Password

  6. Under the related Tasks section, click “Prevent a forgotten password”
  7. Prevent a forgotten password

  8. Click Next on the “Welcome to the Forgotten Password Wizard” page, click Next
  9. Insert a blank disk in to drive A:  click Next
  10. Type your password and then click Next
  11. Click Next and Finish
