iPod Touch Troubleshooting
Are your ipod Freeze ?
Try to do the below steps for fix your problems of iPod Touch
- Make sure you are fully charge of you iPod by using iPod Touch AC adapter. Don’t use USB on your keyboard because it is a low-power port and iPod touch will not charge.
- Try restarting iPod touch. To turn it off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- If your iPod touch appear frozen? Try pressing and holding the Home button for 6 seconds to close a frozen application. Then try restarting iPod touch again.
- To reset iPod touch, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo.
- Reset all settings
- Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
- Note: This will reset all settings. No data or media will be deleted.
- Erase All Contents and Settings
- Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings
- Note: This will delete all media and data. All settings will be reset as well.
How to save iPod battery

To get the most out of one charge of iPod’s battery, try the instruction below;
- Use the hold switch, when you are not using iPod (like switch off)
- Keep iPod at room temeraure, generally near 20° C (but you can use iPod anywhere between about 32° to 95° F)
- Install the latest of iPod Software
- Turn off blacklighting
- Turn off the Equalizer
- Avoid changing tracks by pressing the Previous/Rewind or Next/Fast-forward buttons
- Use compressed songs (iPod’s cache works best with songs of average file size less than 9 MB (recommended MP3, ACC)
iPod Shuffle Freeze or Hang

For iPod Shuffle, do you having trouble with your iPod shuffle? Freeze or Hang ? Try these step below.

- Disconnect iPod shuffle from Computer (if connected)
- Move switch on the back of iPod shuffle to the “Off Position”
- Wait about 5 seconds
- Move switch back to “Play”
