Photos Converter Tool with 36-Image Converter?

A tool that can convert .bmp,.gif and .jpeg and more than 20 other image types into 36-other types o.a. icons, .tiff, .pdf, .pii and much more.
Also contains information to read and create the new image filetype developed by Phoenx Software : Pii (phoenx Inet Image) that is useful to take full control of your image without the changes that compression brings with.

This version contains options to resize and move the images and edit using filters for eg. grayscale, roman effect, lighten, darken.etc. The extension bug is also fixed. Many more advanced options are added to oa. Merge images and recolor them and now you can associate 36IC to a filetype eg. bmp. And major bug fix on extensions and CMD parameters. Also bug fix on Mozaic tool.
