Windows not detect USB Flash Drive

My Flash Dirve does not show on “My Computer” !!!  But it’s work when I’m using anohter computer.

Many people using Flash Drive or external media for backup data, musics and movies files.  Sometime when we insert Flash Drive to USB port.  It does not show on “My Computer” list. 

Try to fix this issue by Uninstall USB Driver and Re-install updated driver again.

How to Re-Install USB Driver?

  1. Right-click on “My Computer” then select “Properties”
  2. Click tab “Hardware” and then click “Device Manager”
  3. Scroll down below to items ”Universal Serial Bus controllers” and then click to select
  4. If you found red color of “X” on any items, try to click “Enable”

    5. Device Manager

  5. If not, try to remove by Right-click on “USB Root Hub” and select “Uninstall”
  6. Then try to Install again by click “Scan for hardware change”
