iPod Freeze or Hang

Troubleshooting iPod

Do you having trouble with your iPod?  Freeze or Hang ?  Try these step below.  (Supporting for iPod, iPod Nano or iPod mini)

How to reset iPod

 

1. Disconnect from Computer
2. Press and Hold the Menu and Select buttons until the “Apple Logo” appears (about 5-10 seconds)
3. You may be need to repeat this step

Note:  You should be download and re-install the lastest of iTunes software www.apple.com/itunes  and also iPod new version for fixed your trouble.
