Change which program to open a file

When you double click a file to open it instead of by using “File” menu in a program, Windows XP examines the extention file and will open file in the program that associate with extention.
How to change which program starts when you double-click a file in Windows XP?
- Open folder and then click selected file you want to change a program to open
- Right-click and then select “Open With”
- Click select any program to open
- Then click check mark “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file”
- Click “OK” to confirm

Next time, when you open the same file. Windows XP will automatic open a program that associated with extension.
