Windows Explorer Thumbnail is too small or too big?  By the way you can change size of thumbnail by using small utility program from Microsoft with “Tweak UI” (One utility of Microsoft PowerToys)

How to change Windows Thumbnail size by Tweak UI?

  1. Download “Tweak UI” with link below and install
  2. Open Tweal UI program
  3. Select Explorer and select “Thumbnails”
  4. Increase / Decrese  Thumbnail size  and adjut quality as need
  5. Done
  6. Close “Windows Explorer” and re-open again
